Did You Know That Fit Doesn’t Mean Skinny?

Give being fit a chance even if the mirror says otherwise!

According to studies (*) someone with obesity BUT who’s aerobically fit, can have half the risk of early death compared to an unfit person with a normal weight.


I find that inspiring, that one doesn't need to be in "social media shape" to have a big difference in their health. What do you think?


According to this your fitness matters way more than the number on the scale when it comes to living a longer, healthier life!


In fact, being unfit can double or even triple your risk of early death, no matter your weight. But just a little effort—like brisk walks or other moderate exercise—can make all the difference. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about taking action and making progress in level or another.


So, let’s flip the script: focus on endurance, movement, and feeling good. Your health is worth it, and your body will thank you!
